The Met Apartments

Macquarie Builders was principal contractor for construction of structural and carpentry works of the luxurious Met Apartments located in Battery Point. The Met Apartments are an extension and conversion of existing office buildings into eight prestige apartments including a luxury penthouse suite.  Designed to offer panoramic view of Hobart and it’s surrounds, the penthouse suite includes five ensuite bedrooms, two kitchens fitted with Italian marble and a 20m lap pool. 

The Met Apartment buildings comprises of a three-level structure with two apartments and a five-level concrete and precast structure with five apartments. Macquarie Builders was also responsible for post occupancy works to satisfy the residents.
