Liverpool St Apartments & Standard Burger

This was a challenging project to complete for Macquarie Builders due to its limited access in the Hobart CBD and very tight construction schedule. The project was completed within a six-month time frame and consisted of a complete internal demolition of the building at 177 Liverpool Street, building remedial works, and then a complete new refit, turning it into apartments above the restaurant and a rooftop bar. Also included were works to the building façade and windows which are heritage listed.
