St. Michael’s Collegiate – Science Block

This project consisted of redevelopment of the existing science block, including major demolition, construction and fit-out works within existing buildings as well as lift installation and associated site and carpark works. Stages of the works involving the pool change rooms were negotiated and added to the contract.
