Kingston Beach, Tasmania  This residence has been designed to take full advantage of the panoramic views over Kingston Beach and up the Derwent River.  There is extensive use of full height curved glass and rendered masonry walls which give the building a very contemporary look.  The modern design is continued inside with fully automated heating, security and entertainment systems controlled through a central touch screen.
