The Roches Beach Development is a modern landmark, state-of-the-art retirement development comprising 52 homes and community facilities constructed over 6 stages. The project commenced in July 2007, with 5 stages now occupied the development will be completed in May 2011. 

Macquarie is responsible for the entire project from concept to completion. This involved research, planning, design development, marketing, sales, contracts administration, project management, construction and ongoing facility management. 

These townhouses have all been designed and built to suit the individual needs of the elderly people through careful consideration and planning.
