Sandy Bay Residence

Sandy Bay, Tasmania 

This residence has been designed to reproduce the features of a Georgian mansion. Its interesting features include an entrance portico, extensive use of applied concrete mouldings, a glass conservatory and a sweeping internal staircase with decorative metal balustrading.  Precise attention to detail and finishing is evident especially in the joinery and plastering work where intricate detailing was required by the architect and owner.
